How coverage works

We travel to the vessel

Superyacht engine work happens where the vessel happens to be, which is rarely convenient. Our engineers travel with tooling and the parts a diagnosis is likely to need, so a visit is productive from the first hour rather than turning into a return trip. Being based in the Netherlands puts us within easy reach of the Northern European yard belt and a short flight from every major Mediterranean hub.

We are honest about response times. Remote diagnosis begins on the first call, wherever you are. Physical attendance depends on the port, the parts and the season — and if a competent engineer closer to you would get your vessel moving sooner, we will say so.

Regions

Where we work

Netherlands & Belgium

Home region. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Vlissingen, Zeeland, Friesland yards, Antwerp and Zeebrugge. Fastest attendance and the base for our workshop support.

Germany & Northern Europe

Hamburg, Bremen, Kiel and the northern refit yards, plus Denmark, Norway and Sweden for yard periods and commercial work.

United Kingdom

South coast marinas and refit yards, Southampton and the Solent, plus commercial vessel support.

Spain & the Balearics

Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Valencia, Ibiza, Tarragona and the Atlantic coast — a core part of the season for us.

France & Monaco

Côte d’Azur: Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Marseille, La Ciotat and the western Mediterranean yards.

Italy & Malta

Genoa, Viareggio, La Spezia, Naples, Sardinia, Sicily and Valletta, for both season work and yard periods.

Croatia & the Adriatic

Split, Trogir, Rijeka, Dubrovnik and the Adriatic charter fleet.

Greece & Turkey

Athens, Piraeus, Rhodes, Corfu, Bodrum, Marmaris and Antalya — season support and shipyard projects.

Beyond Europe

Caribbean, Middle East and further, on request. Remote support for crews worldwide at any time.

Practicalities

What makes attendance fast or slow

FactorWhy it matters
Diagnosis quality before travelThe single biggest factor. A well-described fault means we arrive with the right parts instead of discovering them on day one.
Parts availabilityCommon service parts are usually quick; specific injectors, heads, turbochargers and electronics can carry lead times that dominate the schedule.
Port and yard accessPermits, security, crane availability and working-hours restrictions all shape the plan, especially in commercial ports.
SeasonMediterranean summer and Northern European yard season are busy for everyone. Booking planned work early keeps your dates.
Vessel availabilityGuests, charters and passage plans decide when the engine room is genuinely ours to work in.
Services on location

What we bring to the vessel

Everything described under our services is delivered on location: engine repair, scheduled service, overhaul, alignment, generator work and emergency attendance, across CAT, Cummins, MAN and MTU engines. Component reconditioning that needs a workshop is handled through our Dutch base and established specialist partners.

Questions we get asked

Frequently asked questions

Are you based in the Mediterranean?

Our base is in the Netherlands and we travel to the Mediterranean continuously through the season. For most Mediterranean hubs that means attendance within days, with remote diagnosis starting immediately.

Do you charge travel separately?

Yes, travel is identified separately and agreed before we mobilise. There are no hidden mobilisation charges appearing on the invoice afterwards.

Can you attend a vessel that is at anchor or under way?

At anchor, yes, subject to safe transfer arrangements. Under way we support remotely and meet the vessel at its next accessible berth.

Do you work outside Europe?

On request. We quote travel per case, and in the meantime we support the vessel’s own engineers remotely — which resolves a useful share of faults without anyone flying anywhere.

Which language do you work in?

English and Dutch fluently, with Spanish-language information available on the site. Reports are issued in English or Dutch as you prefer.

Service enquiry

Tell us about the engine and the vessel.

Send the details below and you will hear back from an engineer, not a call centre. For a vessel that is stranded or on a tight departure slot, call +31 6 20743967 or message us on WhatsApp.

Direct line

Tell us where the vessel is.

Give us the port or yard and the date you need to sail, and you will get a realistic answer on attendance — including an honest one if someone closer would serve you better.
